Happy Boss's Day!!!

The older  I  get the more that I realize one thing: I don't like how  others "do business". I have  worked in customer  related fields for  more than 20 years  now. Which means that  I believe in people. I have  a  very specific idea of  what it means to  serve people. I have a  very specific idea of what GOOD customer service is. These are ideas that I carry with me  every day as an Avon Representative. AND I do  my best to maintain those principles in EVERY interaction that I have  with my  customers.   Today as others are celebrating  their  bosses, I am appreciative of my ability to be my OWN boss and decide  how to treat and honor my customers.
